Khwela Community Based Organization

Khwela runs an after-school programme in both primary and high schools around Khayelitsha, focusing on dramatic arts, dance, music, and life skills.

The aims and objectives of this programme are:

• To create a safe space for children and youth.
• To identify talent and provide opportunities for it to be showcased and discovered.
• To teach life skills and values, preparing children and youth to become critical thinkers in the future.
