Sivulingqondo Community Project

Sivulingqondo Community Project NPO 247-134 is a registered Early Childhood Development and Afterschool Centre based in Ikhwezi Park, Ward 18, Khayelitsha, Cape Town. Our mission is to provide a safe, caring and educational environment for +-75 vulnerable children aged 3-17 and 0-2 years indirectly, supported by dedicated caregivers, tutors and cooks. We provide daily ECD learning, homework support, and nutritious meals to ensure children are healthy, safe, and ready to learn. Beyond childcare, we empower youth and mothers through practical skills development, including baking classes using our electric stove with oven and baking utensils, teaching income-generating skills for self-reliance. We also promote food security by safely storing bulk food donations in our 300L chest freezer as required by our donors, preventing waste and ensuring food safety compliance.
