songo.info is a social development programme based in Kayamandi, Stellenbosch, using education and sport to provide opportunities for children to learn, grow and play in a safe and supportive environment, while instilling the life skills necessary for a brighter future. Against a backdrop of unemployment, gangsterism and substance abuse, songo.info provides safety, confidence, hope and opportunity to 154 children aged 5 to 18, from when they leave school in the afternoon until 6pm, five days a week, through three core pillars: Sport, Education and Life Skills.
