Udondolo Lwesizwe

Udondolo Lwesizwe is a community-based non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children and young people through education, development and community-based initiatives. Our vision is to create opportunities that enable young people to learn, grow in confidence and reach their full potential, regardless of their socio-economic circumstances.

Our current focus is on primary-school learners through our Learning Support and Development Programme, which includes Homework Assist and Bright Minds Fridays. We provide learners with after-school academic support, learning materials, literacy and numeracy reinforcement, educational games, digital learning opportunities, research activities and opportunities to develop communication and presentation skills. We believe that children should not only be helped to complete their schoolwork, but should be encouraged to think independently, ask questions, research, solve problems and develop a love for learning. Udondolo Lwesizwe also seeks to create a safe, supportive environment where children can access resources and opportunities that may not otherwise be available to them.
